Nigeria, China sign US$23 billion deal
ABUJA: Nigeria and a Chinese state firm have signed a US$23 billion (US$1 = RM3.19) deal to build three refineries and a petrochemical complex in one of Africa’s biggest tie-ups with China, officials said yesterday. Nigerian National Petroleum Corp and China State Construction Engineering Corp Ltd sealed the deal in Abuja on Thursday. China is already the number one investor in Africa and the …
