I want to lose 5 pounds, I do like 100 crunches every night so i’ve got a flat stomach now.. but everything I eat seems to go straight to my ass! I’m going to china in spring so I want my butt to look good in a bikini by then…
so yeah.. diet ideas.. excercises and stuff.. I’d really appreciate it =D
