When you could pay Chinese worker about 1$/hour verse 15$/hour.
And American Consumers should share the blame too , they want to buy thing on the cheap to save the money.
with the ratio 15:1, same amount of money, 15$ can produce 15 products in china, take 15$ to produce 1 product in America. That’s a no brainer there.
In the name of free Trade, NAFTA killed American manufacturing base.
Until the rest of the world catching up with standard of linving( gdp/capita) with the US, the us manufacture will keep bleeding.
